Primary care is the health service that focuses on the diagnosis, treatment and management of care for non-occupational illness and injury at site. Health care management for nonoccupational disease or conditions such as, but not limited to:
- chronic or emergent Cardiac Disease (e.g., High Blood Pressure, Heart Attack,
- Stroke, Arrhythmia)
- chronic and emergent Respiratory Disease (e.g., Asthma, Respiratory Infections,
- Allergies)
- metabolic Disease (e.g., Diabetes Type 1 & 2)
- environmental and Seasonal Illness (e.g., Influenza, Heat/cold exposure, Allergies)
- skin disorders (e.g., eczema, dermatitis)
- musculoskeletal disorders (e.g., arthritis, tendonitis)
- communicable disease (e.g. COVID-19, influenza)
